I’ve eaten all the pizzas from their small menu plus the occasional special creation. Don’t take me wrong, I prefer small menus, however I’ve had some minor gripes with the selection of their pizzas. There’s just something I’m unhappy about, some ingredient that sticks out, SOMETHING about the majority of the pizzas on the menu. Maybe it’s the fact that I’m more of a purist. Anyway, there are many a fine pizza on the menu, all of them are of the highest quality, and the Neapolitan style is IMHO the one true pizza style.

My favorite pizza of theirs is the “Carpaccio”, a white pizza feasting on Fontina d’Aosta and Fior di Latte Mozzarella, featuring fine layers (carpaccio) of black angus beef lying on a lavish bed of arugula, generously sprinkled with Parmesan 24 DOP flakes. If that does not already sound mouthwatering enough, the dough is just perfect, the true star behind all of their pizza creations. The Carpaccio pairs the dough with the cheese, perfectly matching the cured black angus beef.

Don’t be too hungry or plan with some appetizers and desert. The service is very friendly, vibe: trendy, location: perfect.
