Located in an Norwegian airport hotel by all places, the appetizer and entrée I got here were simply outstanding. It was one of those meals you want to take as much time as possible to finish, because you want to savor each and every bite.

The fish entrée featured the best potato puree I've ever eaten. I don't know what it was that made it so great. The rest of the plate was perfect as well.
