I'm a big fan of mustard. The best German mass-produced mustard you can get is from Düsseldorf. As a Cologne-resident, it's the only acceptable product from Düsseldorf you should ever consider. I like the "extra scharf"¹ version, which is actually spicy, unlike many other products here that carry the same label but really aren't spicy at all.
