This short-lived chicken-only restaurant named after a character of the Max & Moritz1 stories gets the lowest rating of 0.5 stars. I tried to eat some food there several times, but never managed to. Either they were out of food2 or didn't have what I wanted3 after I already waited for 20 minutes for my order. In that particular case, the unfriendly dude told me to just get the full, ridiculously priced fries and chicken dish instead. I just gave up, walked the couple of steps to Oruç and picked up a 5 EUR Döner4 instead.
It's incredible how much you can mess up. You're opening a restaurant in one of the prime locations of Cologne, but aren't even able to serve food. I mean, isn't that the point of a restaurant? Or was it just a money-laundering operation? It was very obvious that they would close down soon. I never really saw people eating there and I walked past the place almost daily5.
