This had potential, but it never convinced me. I completely gave up on it midway through the 8th episode, which is, mildly put, an absolute abomination of an episode. I had no desire to keep watching this series1. 2.5 stars are a very gracious rating.
I preferred Star Trek: Discovery over this.
