Torn on this one. I didn't know anything about this movie apart from it getting very average reviews. Eerily atmospheric and slow¹, but it kept me engaged at first despite having constant doubts.

This engagement faded at around the one-hour mark. The giant arachnid wasn't nice to look at, but that's just me. Avoid this if you are arachnophobic. Ultimately, the movie was not very satisfying. Most of the dialogue is slow whispering, which is pretty annoying after a while. The movie feels like it's filmed in slow-motion. The main theme is the common trope of lonely man in space contemplating life. Adam Sandler is not to blame, though.
