It's a Scream movie so there will tons of continuity errors and illogical nonsense. The real winners are the medical staff and hospitals of NYC. They'll stitch up anyone like nothing happened. Truly impressive.
That said, there's not much time wasted here. It's intense, entertaining, and gory. One of the better entries of the Scream franchise.
