I've been interested in what goes on in restaurant kitchens every since Bourdain's Kitchen Confidential. This documentary follows a young chef interning at some top restaurants, including the very local1 Vendôme in Bergisch Gladbach.
Watched this during a long-haul flight while eating chicken in a mushroom gravy with pasta, red peppers, and peas. Make of it what you will.
